07月10日讯 《图片报》主编法尔克报道，34岁的托马斯-穆勒将结束个人的德国国家队生涯。
穆勒在2010年南非世界杯横空出世，当年只有20岁的他单届世界杯打入5球，荣获金靴。2014年巴西世界杯，穆勒再次打入5球，帮助德国队捧起了最后的大力神杯。
2014年克洛泽打进他在世界杯的第16粒进球，打破大罗的世界杯15球纪录。而当时年仅24岁的穆勒，已经在世界杯上打入了10球，人们期待他在未来能再次打破前辈的纪录。
但事与愿违，随着德国黄金一代的退场以及球队战术转变等等原因，德国连续两届世界杯折戟小组赛，穆勒也未能再取得进球。
而穆勒与欧洲杯则没什么缘分，4届欧洲杯出战17场比赛，0进球2助攻，两次杀入半决赛，一次8强，1次16强。
